Live and interactive, never pre-recorded. Every group is led in real time by a licensed Texas counselor — real clinical guidance and real peer connection.
A real 8-week structure. Three 3-hour groups a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), not a vague weekly check-in.

How Nova's online IOP works

You begin with a confidential assessment so our clinical team can confirm virtual IOP is the right level of care. From there:

8-week program built on evidence-based group and individual counseling.
Three sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Thu), three hours each, in a morning or evening track.
Relapse-prevention work and continuing-care planning so progress holds after the program ends.
MAT and a Family Program available when they’re a fit.
