Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and residential staff.
  • Lead daily team meetings and oversee program operations.
  • Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
  • Manage assessments, treatment plans, and discharge coordination.
  • Audit charts and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

  • Master's Level Clinical license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent license (in good standing). PhD/PsyD preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory or operational experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or healthcare.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health or business administration.
  • Experience with EHR systems (Lightning Step preferred).
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and 12-Step recovery models.

Compensation

$60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per Year
